Born and raised in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates, Saad moved to the United States at seventeen and built an academic record that few agents can match. He studied Kinesiology at the University of Maryland, a Big Ten top-tier research university, where he conducted research within the neurocognitive sciences department in affiliation with Walter Reed National Military Medical Center, contributing to the development of a robotic system designed to serve as functional limbs for U.S. veterans paralyzed from the neck down. That work ignited a deep interest in the fusion of neurology and technology that has defined every step of his career since. His role as a Business and Sales Specialist at Apple Inc. in Los Angeles sharpened his instinct for high-stakes client decisions, and he served as a commercial actor for the United States Selective Service, producing federal government campaigns on a national stage. He holds professional certifications from Harvard University, Johns Hopkins University, Copenhagen Business School, Yale University, and Princeton University, among others. Fluent in English, Urdu, and Hindi, and able to read, write, and speak Arabic, he brings a rare combination to every transaction: a trained understanding of the human brain and body, genuine command of the technology and AI tools reshaping today's market, and the analytical precision to outperform on price, timing, and strategy.
